Your cousin who can give you rides around Peräjärvi
Overview
Pena Kesseli is your cousin in My Winter Car. He drives around the Peräjärvi area and can give you hitchhike rides when you need transportation. This is especially useful early in the game before your Corris Rivett is drivable, or when your car breaks down.
Hitchhiking
To get a ride from Pena:
- Wait by the roadside when you see his car approaching
- Signal for a ride (thumb up gesture)
- He'll stop and let you in
- Tell him where you want to go
When to Use Hitchhiking
- Early game - Before your car is built
- Car breakdown - When your Rivett needs repairs
- Out of fuel - When you run out of gas
- Emergency - When you need to get somewhere fast
Alternative Transportation
Besides hitchhiking with Pena, you can also use:
- Bus - Public transportation on a schedule
- Walking - Slow but always available (watch your temperature!)
- Your own vehicles - Once built or acquired
